Which of your personal data do we process and from which sources have we collected it?
We only process the data that is absolutely necessary for us to be able to keep in touch with you, i.e. basic identification and contact information: your name, telephone and email address, and in some cases your job position.
We have collected your information in one of the following ways, depending on our relationship with you:
i. You are a current client or have been our client in the past and we have collected the information directly from you, or
ii. You are a potential client and you have expressed your interest in buying, selling or renting real estate to one of our partners and we have collected the information directly from you, or
iii. You are self-employed in the business or you work for a company looking for real estate market opportunities and we have collected the data from a publicly available business list, register or website, or
iv. You have subscribed to the newsletter service of our website.
Why do we process your data and on what legal basis?
Our Company is constantly looking for the best opportunities in the real estate market that can meet the needs of each of our clients or other interested parties. In case you have contacted us to express your interest or in case you are already our client, we look for the properties that meet your criteria for you on a daily basis and share them with you as soon as possible, so that we can always present you with the most advantageous offers.
We are committed to always acting with transparency and respect for your rights and all our promotional activities take place in accordance with the law.
i. In case you are a current or potential client, the processing of your data becomes necessary for the execution of our contract or to take the necessary steps before signing the contract.
ii. In case you have been our client in the past, we can keep you informed of our news and services via email, unless you have asked us to delete you from our database.
iii. In case you are a third party we come in contact with for the purpose of promoting our properties, the legal basis of the promotional activities is the legitimate interest of our company to promote the services and properties it manages, always in compliance with the legislation on personal data.
iv. Finally, in case you have subscribed to the newsletter service of our website, we send you our newsletters based on your consent.
Is your data shared with third parties?
Your data is used exclusively for the purpose of promoting the services of our Company and is not transmitted to third parties. Exceptionally, your data may be accessed by trusted companies or our external associates offering IT or network services and advertising services to our company. These service providers act as processors, are obliged to process personal data exclusively for and on the basis of our written instructions and guarantee a level of protection equal to that offered by our company.

Exceptionally, in order to send our promotional messages to you via email, we enter your contact information in the Mailchimp platform, which stores this information on servers located in the USA. For this transmission, we have ensured that your personal data enjoy equal protection with that of the countries of the European Union and the European Economic Area by signing and executing binding standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. How long do we store your personal data?
Depending on the legal basis of processing, we process and store your personal data for the purpose of promoting our services for the following time periods:

iii. In case you are self-employed in the business or you work for a company looking for real estate market opportunities, for as long as we keep in touch with you about a business opportunity, unless you request the deletion of your data.
iv. In case you have subscribed to the newsletter service of our website, until you withdraw your consent or request that we remove you from our newsletter mailing list.
What are your rights and where should you turn to?
According to the General Data Protection Regulation and Law 4624/2019, you have the right to request access to, rectification and erasure of your personal data, as well as the right to restriction and object of the processing of your stored personal data. You can also withdraw your consent at any time and request your erasure from the list of recipients of our newsletter. You also have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to request to transfer them to a third party without us objecting.
