Interview path

We offer different kind of job opportunities such as internship, employment contract, internal and external collaboration.

The candidates who potentially match the description of the role are invited for one or more interviews – general and/or skills-based – with line managers and HR. In these interviews, a crucial aspect for us is to understand how the candidate can fit into the work environment, to ensure that we can make the most of each person’s abilities and that everyone we hire can make a difference for our business. After the selection process, every candidate receives feedback, whatever the outcome is.
